Beware of Tammi Stefano
This blog is to alert people in the child protection and protective parent movement that Tammi Stefano is a fraud. She stole the National Safe Child Coalition and has harmed many protective parents and advocates.
Tammi is falsely claiming to be the Executive Director of the National Safe Child Coalition (NSCC), but she is just a volunteer who staged a takeover to get a name for herself and make a profit. She started as a volunteer and then declared herself Executive Director against the will of NSCC founders and Board members which include long-time respected advocates including Connie Valentine and president Barry Goldstein. Tammi was asked to “cease and desist” but she refused and was very nasty about it. She continues to use NSCC’s hard won credibility to get clients (mostly protective parents), donors and a weekly spot on UBN internet radio called the Safe Child Show. She is actively soliciting for funds using the NSCC name.
Tammi has also preyed on other child advocates and protective parents. She tells them she can save their children using dubious connections she’s made with media, legislators and lawyers. Then if they don’t pay up she dumps and even slanders them. Tammi may look like she’s concerned about protecting children but she is really just a con-woman and has left many victims in her wake.

ReplyDeleteContact Tammi Stefano to confirm the writer of this post is a government advocate trying to destroy Tammi Stefano's credibility because Tammi is exposing them. If you find any victims you better confirm with Ms Stefano so she can expose yet another failed effort of these people. Confirm everything with solid facts not well scripted tales.

DeleteHow sad that disgruntled people (including apparently a family member) who hide behind anonymous names would criticize a woman held in such high esteem by so many. Tammi Stefano is well-loved by so many people, and never turns away anyone who needs her help and cannot pay. She is well-educated and works as a paralegal with many attorneys who value her service. I met Tammi in regard to my youngest son.
I am an exceptionally good judge of character having been an intelligence officer for 35 years of my life.
I find the above blog posted by "Beware" offensive and totally untrue.
Suffice it to say that Tammi acted with professionalism, honesty, diligence and never asked for any form of payment.
She also played a great part in the success story of my battle with DCFS over my youngest son who simply wanted to be free to live as he had lived in Africa where he was born!

ReplyDeleteThis post is so rediculous I'm almost ashamed to take my precious time to write this comment. There is a woman who does exactly what this post describes, however, her name isn't Tammi Stefano. In fact I recently heard a documentary is being made about the true culprit who charges parents, promises media, and leaves them in the dust when the money stops. This person knows who she is and so don't I. In fact, one of her victims came to me. Thousands of dollars later not a single media source had covered this poor mothers story, her child being specially abused, suffering, and this so called advocate wouldn't return her calls. It time to expose the pedophiles, abusers, traffickers, and thieving, childless advocates. Paper trails don't lie and patience reveals God's sword.
